No direct email address to forward a complaint. Offer 24/7 chat line, no ones there to chat too. Nightmare to return item, there process doesn’t work.
I’ve posted photos on live chat, no one has been in touch. The item I ordered was a gift. I couldn’t recommend Zara to anyone. My experience has been dreadful
