I probably spend £1000 over a year on Zara, yet I was recently burned when purchasing jeans which were to large for me. I tried to return, with a bank statement and days after the original purchase and was told this wouldn't be possible.
My receipt was damaged due to rain and unreadable. I just wanted a simple exchange.
Awful and poor responses and lack of empathy or consideration towards the situation.
