Zara Home has a terrible return policy. They only give you 30 days from the day it was shipped! Not when it arrives to your house (which was a week later than the ship date). I called customer service to ask for a grace period as I was away and the courier gives you a shipping (3-5 days) so it was not guaranteed what day it would arrive. So not only do I have to pay the shipping costs to have it sent back, but if it arrives late to their warehouse, they will not honour the refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE DUE TO THEIR AWFUL RETURN POLICY. In fact, I Will not buy anything further from Zara Home. It’s not worth it
