This is the first I have purchased such fresh Saffron.. OOOOOOOOOOh the beautiful smell before I even opened the carefully wrapped tin of Saffron.. It is so fresh I would think I had just plucked it from a flower.. Such a lush yellow colored tea from a pinch of 6 tiny stamen.
I am on auto ship and so glad I thought to check the box. :D I will prepare it to make rice tomorrow and I can't wait because I know the aroma will be amazing!
