“I love this saffron and I always order it. This last order, though, I got an email asking if I'd forgotten my cart. I thought I had completed the purchase but just so I wouldn't run out I went and ordered another tin. Sure enough, I had ordered correctly the first time and now I have extra which is fine, I'll use it but I feel kind of duped. Maybe you guys could be a little less aggressive with the emails.”

“I've purchased saffron many times in the past. Based on taste, I haven't always received pure or high-quality saffron when I ordered it. Buying it in a local store let me see the product (maybe) prior to purchase. But at a higher price. Zaran provides me both with the confidence that the saffron is real and of top quality. Plus, for what I get, it is reasonably priced.”
