“I just started using cold water extracted Saffron as a daily supplement. I have to say that I am really surprised! Im 13 days into my practice and I can tell a big difference in appetite suppression, improved mood and instant energy after drinking the saffron water. I have been working with plant medicines for many years and somehow this never caught my attention until now. I highly recommend adding Zaran saffron to your daily supplements. Very pleased.”

“Its still the early stages of taking the saffron (2 weeks). I have noticed VERY subtle changes in energy and concentration/lack of brain fog. I'll know more about how it affects me in the coming months but so far so good. My only complaint is I paid about $10 extra for expressed shipping but it didn't seem to matter, other than that I dont really have any complaints.”

“Very good pricing. Fast shipping. I haven't tried it yet as I am using it in an upcoming dinner with a mediterranean style seafood dish. I have no doubt it will be excellent as it comes from a great region and of excellent grade. Far better than the more popular spanish saffron.”
