“I ordered two 10 grams and one two grams tins of Saffron. These were meant to be gifts for relatives in India, and since we were leaving in 3 days, we paid for expedited shipping to get the order prior to our departure. When we received the order the day of our departure, it had only one 10 grams tin and the 2 grams tin. We notified Zaran of the mistake, and they rectified it by sending us the other 10 grams tin. But that was received after we departed. We had to scramble at the last minute to buy a replacement at a local shop because of Zaran's error.”

“I have made an order at Zaran Saffron, which i did not receive, instead i have been refunded without an explanation why, the communication has been and continues to be very slow, i still am not clear of the reason why i couldn't have my order delivered, and whether i can eventually order anew.”
