“I have made an order at Zaran Saffron, which i did not receive, instead i have been refunded without an explanation why, the communication has been and continues to be very slow, i still am not clear of the reason why i couldn't have my order delivered, and whether i can eventually order anew.”

“I feel that I was misled because I ended up getting a second tin of this very expensive saffron due to some sort of misleading pop-up after checkout.”
