“I love this saffron and I always order it. This last order, though, I got an email asking if I'd forgotten my cart. I thought I had completed the purchase but just so I wouldn't run out I went and ordered another tin. Sure enough, I had ordered correctly the first time and now I have extra which is fine, I'll use it but I feel kind of duped. Maybe you guys could be a little less aggressive with the emails.”

“I ordered Spanish which, in my experience of ordering it before, was always an orange-yellow color. This was very red like the stuff I’ve had from Iran. The flavor was extremely good but more Iranian than Spanish to my palate. Just to let you know, I’ve lived and cooked in Spain, the Middle East and most Mediterranean countries. Despite that characterist I will purchase from y’all again.”

“The saffron is good but the price is high so, as with vanilla, I may simply move on to some other flavor option that does not cost so much. Variety adds spice to life and there are myriad choices available.”

“I just received my saffron and have not cooked with it yet. However, whenever I buy a new spice I always look at it and smell it. Doing that gives me a sense of the freshness and depth of flavor. I opened the tin and was so pleased with the depth of fragrance and color in the threads. I’m looking forward to cooking with the saffron and reporting back the results.”

“The product and quality seem to be good. Their website is easy to use as well. They were kind enough to provide space for instructions and special requests that we might have. However, they didn't follow those instructions which was a bit disappointing to see that the special requests box was just there to impress but not to really follow it.”

“I recently purchased both countries saffron. I have yet to cook with them. The aroma smells good. I have made tea with it and I enjoy my tea. The only thing is that I wished they would let you know which harvest from which the saffron comes from. The first, second or the third harvest.”
