I ordered Spanish which, in my experience of ordering it before, was always an orange-yellow color. This was very red like the stuff I’ve had from Iran. The flavor was extremely good but more Iranian than Spanish to my palate. Just to let you know, I’ve lived and cooked in Spain, the Middle East and most Mediterranean countries. Despite that characterist I will purchase from y’all again.
