“I paid for expedited shipping but received the item after I would have gotten it with normal shipping. I called and left a message but no one called back. I sent an email, no reply. I so upset I haven't opened the package yet. Seriously considering returning it. Very unhappy. I would like a response.”

“I can’t rate this product. I am so disappointed. The mail carrier marked it delivered in my mailbox but I have never received it. I ordered two, one for myself and one for my daughter. No fault of Zaran.”

“When I physically visited the Campbell location, it is closed. No one answered the phone call. I assumed the location is closed. When I ordered online, I received shipments shipped from the same location. They should at least mention on the website that: the location is not open for retail shopping. Reduces waste of time, efforts, energy and saves the environment by reducing gas utilization.”

“We ordered 2gms of saffron from the shop and it never even reached to my daughter who is in DC and pregnant (I like her to have this with milk during this time). They must have put the wrong address on the envelope(I even paid for shipping too).”
