“I have placed the order 15 days ago still i haven't got my order yet . And i have asked for refund still no one replied . I dont want who messes up the order either zaran or usps . i want either the product or the refund.”

“When I physically visited the Campbell location, it is closed. No one answered the phone call. I assumed the location is closed. When I ordered online, I received shipments shipped from the same location. They should at least mention on the website that: the location is not open for retail shopping. Reduces waste of time, efforts, energy and saves the environment by reducing gas utilization.”

“We ordered 2gms of saffron from the shop and it never even reached to my daughter who is in DC and pregnant (I like her to have this with milk during this time). They must have put the wrong address on the envelope(I even paid for shipping too).”
