My wife and I really love the saffron! I drink it as tea every afternoon it does seem to have a very calming effect on me. I also feel very different like I have more energy there's something in this stuff I will be buying more and more and more probably as gifts also! I have not been able to get to make my paella at this point but that is definitely on the list thank you for all of the recipes I am continuing to read them diligently thank you so much!
