I've been buying this saffron for several years now, both for ourselves and friends/family. It's simply the best there is out there! (As a matter of fact, we just made some saffron rice last night to go with grilled salmon for friends). We've traveled extensively, and have tried buying saffron in Spain and other countries, and they're always disappointing. So we've stopped looking, now that we have a reliable, reasonably priced source. Zaran is 5*
