The delivery was sent to the incorrect address. The shipping label was not checked before shipping. I was very lucky I had help from Austrian post who directed me to the correct address that was 1 hour form my place
When I placed the order it also wouldn't allow me to order more than two Oils so I had two places two orders . I have been shopping with you for a long time not sure what has happened but I suessget looking into these probelms
