“Need better tracking of packages on USPS. I ordered my order on Feb 28 and on March 3rd it still shows sitting in Eden, MN.”

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to see a package look like it's "stuck" in one place, especially when you’re excited to receive your order! While we do our best to get orders out our doors as quickly as possible, USPS operates as an independent third-party carrier. Once a package is handed over to them, we unfortunately don't have control over their internal scanning processes or logistical delays. In many cases, USPS packages are actually moving through the network even if the digital tracking hasn't been updated in a few days. It is quite common for them to skip an arrival scan and then suddenly show up at your local hub. Since your order was placed on Feb 28th, it has only been a few business days. We recommend giving it another 2–3 business days to see a status change. If there is still no movement by March 7th, please let us know, and we will be happy to look into potential next steps for you.

“Shopping was easy, products good. Seal in lotion was difficult to remove with no tab to assist. Had to use a knife to remove. Lip balm seal easier to manage”

“Ive been happy with Zaturals, the only thing I can complain about is when I started ordering from you I would get my order within days. Now it takes forever to even get shipped out and shipping providers are the worst. lol”

“You simply can't buy a better product! I have used the Hemp butter for years and, it works. I am 73 and working as a PCP caregiver. I suffer from back and hip pain. I use a small amount and instantly the pain is gone! If applied to my feet, it takes 10 to 15 minutes. 100% pain-free for hours! I am so impressed with the Zatural Hemp Butter, I have shared it with friends and family. They now order for themselves or I order for them. 1 jar can last a long time, because a small amount goes along ways ! I caution not to order in hot weather, it melts and the texture changes to a more grainy feel, however the quality is just as great.”

“Honestly didn't think this company would still exist. I only found the zatural site thanks to my passing mother. She had quite a few of the raw neem butter jar but that was years ago. So I didn't think the product existed any more and it was some really good stuff, but thankfully the site was on the back of the jar. I ordered 2 of raw neem butter still the same ingredients and i love it. I noticed new things on the site I'm gonna try out. Great site shipping is good and items packaged up well. Also thanks for the sample gift.”

“Found this website scrolling through different ones looking for cbd , tried a few other companies in the past and bought from them didn't like their quality, tried the cbd from Zatural couldnt believe the difference in quality ,from others it was great used it felt some benefits at first then week later benefits started improving more , now i bought cbg to add to cbd from zatural ,waiting for it to be delivered”
