“Taste of the CBD broad spectrum gummies is poor. The benefits of the gummies is mediocre. I will continue to utilize the product I purchased because I don't approve of waste.”

“I have been using Zatural for over 5 years now and it has helped my dry lips tremendously! I am a smoker but by using Zatural, it keeps my lips from being so dry. Always put some on before wearing lipstick too to get a nice shine.”

“Not impressed with the taste. It taste like i shouldn't be ingested. Kinda like linseed oil smells. It did give me a slight change in mood , more relaxed”

Hi Selina, Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m sorry the taste wasn’t to your liking. It’s good to hear there was a small mood change toward relaxation. Our CBD oil is 100% natural, which does affect the taste. If you wish to see stronger results, I would suggest trying a higher strength CBD oil. If you need help picking out the right strength, our customer service team would be happy to help. The higher the strength, the more effective the oil will be.

“I ordered the black castor butter. It came within in a week and I received updates through the shop app. When a product I was using was discontinued, I contacted Zatural and they guided me to another product. I am very happy with the new product. I like the company and have referred family members to them.”

“Need better tracking of packages on USPS. I ordered my order on Feb 28 and on March 3rd it still shows sitting in Eden, MN.”

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating it is to see a package look like it's "stuck" in one place, especially when you’re excited to receive your order! While we do our best to get orders out our doors as quickly as possible, USPS operates as an independent third-party carrier. Once a package is handed over to them, we unfortunately don't have control over their internal scanning processes or logistical delays. In many cases, USPS packages are actually moving through the network even if the digital tracking hasn't been updated in a few days. It is quite common for them to skip an arrival scan and then suddenly show up at your local hub. Since your order was placed on Feb 28th, it has only been a few business days. We recommend giving it another 2–3 business days to see a status change. If there is still no movement by March 7th, please let us know, and we will be happy to look into potential next steps for you.

“Shopping was easy, products good. Seal in lotion was difficult to remove with no tab to assist. Had to use a knife to remove. Lip balm seal easier to manage”

“Ive been happy with Zaturals, the only thing I can complain about is when I started ordering from you I would get my order within days. Now it takes forever to even get shipped out and shipping providers are the worst. lol”
