“order OR135256 I placed this order ahead of time so it would arrive when I arrived to my mom's. Never did arrive, yet said delivered. I called your company Tuesday and spoke with a nice girl, she ended up sending another one that should arrive by next Wednesday 11th. However, I just looked to see the status and noticed the address is wrong. Please correct and send asap.”

“I already wrote a review. Product smells like old olive oil. Cat had to be chased and forced to take. I gave up. Put on treats but it does not soak in. They won't eat the food I put it on. Make it beef flavored. Can I have money back?”

Hi Monica, Im sorry to hear your furry friends are not a fan of our CBD! Unfortunately you are past the return/refund window so we are not able to do that. You can try mixing the CBD with another carrier oil or catnip oil and spraying it on toys or beds. Again I am very sorry they don't like it.

“I purchased CBD with curcumin. Curcumin can contain oxylates which can form kidney stones. I've recently had two of them. I inquired to see if the product I bought contained oxylates and Zatural sent me a chemical breakdown of the product which did not answer my question. This is a serious health concern and they should know what is in their product. Now I'm stuck with something I purchased that I can't use or return. Not happy.”

“Sorry, but I cannot write a review as I have not rreceived the item yet. It appears a shipping label was created on 2-29-24. The packaged was not accepted at the Eden, ID facility until 3-4-24. Scheduled for delivery 3-8-24.”

“I thought I was getting sleep gummies. I received regular gummies. Could be I misread what I ordered. Could be a mistake on your advertising. Way too difficult to return things. Bummer.”

Hi Lynda, It looks like you purchased our Full Spectrum CBD + THC Gummies. Taking these could help you fall asleep at night. However, they will not make you drowsy. They help sleep by relaxing the mind and body enough to fall asleep. Did you receive the Full Spectrum CBD + THC Gummies?

Thanks, Jeff, for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product you tried didn't help you and you didn't notice any difference after three weeks. The possible reason for this is due to the strength of the CBD oil you tried. The per-serving strength was only 10mg of CBD. This is a very low dose amount for most people. The average amount that most people need is between 50 to 100mg of CBD. If you are willing, I suggested giving CBD another shot, but at a higher strength per serving. Hi Kandyce, Thank you for reviewing our Sample CBD oil tincture. The reason you probably didn't feel the effects that you were looking for is due to the amount of CBD in our Free CBD oil. There are only 10mg of CBD oil per serving. To see the results you are looking for, you may need to take closer to 50 - 100mg of CBD.

“I took it once at the minimum dose and had an adverse reaction to it. As if it contained THC.....which of course it is not supposed to. I threw the rest in the trash.”

Hi James, it saddens us to hear that you had such a poor experience with our CBD oil. I can promise you that our Broad Spectrum CBD oil does not contain THC. I don't know what adverse reaction you had to it, but we would be interested to know more about your experience.
