Awful, took our money for our daughters coat for Xmas, paid extra for next day delivery on the 19th Dec, it never arrived, emails, live chats, Facebook messages all ignored until the 27th Dec where they said oh sorry but it looks like it’s been lost (liar) and we have non in stock now. Daughter is devastated she didn’t get her coat for Xmas and these thieves just ignored us until it was too late. Avoid using these scammers.
