Checked parcel and it wasn't mine, so contacted Zavetti who said Evri the courier company said they left the correct parcel. I've had to go to my credit card to raise a dispute. Clearly the courier has exchanged parcels and taken mine, on Zavetti website there is no mention of Evri as a courier or I would never have used them. Bad experience and I will never use again”

Slow at getting orders out. And if you have to return they aren't efficient or update you. 3weeks almost and still no update bar one just saying courier had collected it. (I know I handed it them and got the receipt) but according to Zavetti it don't mean much. As fir products you're best getting the size up for a fit but even then it maybe slight too big!

“I purchased the Oshawa jacket at JD Sports in a mall in Atlanta so I've no idea about the customer service of Zavetti. My comments simply refer to the folks at JD Sports, and the product itself.
Firstly JD Sports is a reputable company and the salespeople in the store were very polite and helpful. 5 stars. Based on the reviews of Zavetti I recommend you find a reputable store that stocks their products and you can deal with a live human being. Check the store's return policy before buying!
Now - the Oshawa jacket! I've literally spent hours and hours reviewing all the usual winter jackets (North Face, Fjallraven, Mammut, ArcTeryx, etc etc) and am reluctant to spend $500+ on any item of clothing. I've researched the heck out of fill weight and fill power so I consider myself fairly knowledgeable. I bought my son the North Face McMurdo Down for $275 with member discount at REI, and last year I purchased the Fjallraven Nuuk Parka for myself for $500 direct online. Both of these jackets are extremely warm and well made, but a little pricey. The Nuuk has a fill weight of 250g. The McMurdo has a fill power of 600. These are the 2 factors you need to be aware of when measuring warmth. I can't find either number for the Zavetti Oshawa (yes I've emailed the company but received no reply haha), but I would easily rate it as warm as the other two, possibly even warmer. I wore it the other night when it was a clear sky, light breeze and a windchill of 26F, and with a tshirt and light fleece, I was very warm. It is a very heavy jacket so forget compressing it into a suitcase for travel. It has an extremely durable exterior which shouldn't wear or tear anytime soon.
I paid $120 for this and can confidently state it's as warm, durable and WAY more stylish than the others which cost a lot more. It is big (I'm chubby, 5'10", 220lbs) and the XL is a little too big with a t-shirt and fleece underneath. JD Sports currently have it on sale for $85 so I'd grab one while you can.”

“placed order 12 days ago, initially apparently lost in transit, no communication at all of this, until i chased to find out whats happening 8days later. no means of contact number, only chat via text, advisor apologises and says can be resent on monday, new tracking id to be sent. Monday comes, nothing no tracking id, no parcel, so i chase again, via text, have escalated to a 'manager' (though could have been fred off the street, how does 1 know via text/fonts?) anyways manager apologises again (i did lose my rag tbh) and again says itll be with me tomorrow, no different to advisor on friday, when asked for complaints and compensation, nothing. i can honestly say it is the worst service i have ever encountered and doubt ill ever buy again and defo tell others of my experience”
