“Ordered a £100 coat never received it. Customer services was rude and abrupt as I didn't have a ring door bell to prove it wasn't received and wished me good luck in finding it.
I am now lost £100 and do not have a coat.

“Awful, took our money for our daughters coat for Xmas, paid extra for next day delivery on the 19th Dec, it never arrived, emails, live chats, Facebook messages all ignored until the 27th Dec where they said oh sorry but it looks like it’s been lost (liar) and we have non in stock now. Daughter is devastated she didn’t get her coat for Xmas and these thieves just ignored us until it was too late. Avoid using these scammers.”

“placed order 12 days ago, initially apparently lost in transit, no communication at all of this, until i chased to find out whats happening 8days later. no means of contact number, only chat via text, advisor apologises and says can be resent on monday, new tracking id to be sent. Monday comes, nothing no tracking id, no parcel, so i chase again, via text, have escalated to a 'manager' (though could have been fred off the street, how does 1 know via text/fonts?) anyways manager apologises again (i did lose my rag tbh) and again says itll be with me tomorrow, no different to advisor on friday, when asked for complaints and compensation, nothing. i can honestly say it is the worst service i have ever encountered and doubt ill ever buy again and defo tell others of my experience”
“I had returned my coat, I had been told I would get instant refund after 10 working days. It is now passed 10 working days. No refund and no coat. I am disappointed , there is no contact number just email replies after 5 days.”
“I ordered my jacket and it didn’t come. I emailed them and I also got no reply . I then contacted them through there website. Someone called Hasan told me that by jacket has gone through customs and would be here by tommrow. At around 6pm I messaged them asking where my jacket was and they told me it has not been out live nor dispatched, I had to refund my order then because he told me it wasn’t in stock even tho it clearly was on the website.”
