Customer service is non existent, courier company left a parcel then took photo of it as evidence at my back door. Checked parcel and it wasn't mine, so contacted Zavetti who said Evri the courier company said they left the correct parcel. I've had to go to my credit card to raise a dispute. Clearly the courier has exchanged parcels and taken mine, on Zavetti website there is no mention of Evri as a courier or I would never have used them. Bad experience and I will never use again
