I recently booked as tour of the Lord of the rings set in New Zealand which I have still to take next year. Zealandier tours customer service has been excellent so far. They had to cancel our previous tour via Viator due to no fault of their own. The have added us to a new tour now via their own company and have been very professional so far. I will do another review after tour.
