I can only comment on the booking process at the moment, as we have yet to take the tour. The process was easy to do on-lune. The information was clear and update emails came quickly. Actual vouchers emailed with 2 working days. The tour we have booked, Rotorua, was already booked out on our ship - thankfully as this tour is virtually the same but costing a lot less. Cannot wait.
