I can only comment on the booking and confirmation process at this stage because my NZ tour is not happening till January 2026. But, it was an easy, smooth, painless process, and within a day or two I received confirmation of payment and my tour was booked. More to follow in January, after I participate in the Rotorua shore excursion. At this stage, I can't fault Zealandier Tours.
