We actually did two full day tours with them, the Dunedin’s Best Shore Excursion and the Waitomo-Glow-Worm-Cave excursion in Tauranga. Both were excellent and I'd recommend both. We were a couple and while both were supposed to be private tours with members of our Cruise Critic friends. The Dunedin tour ended up being just a shared tour when the numbers couldn't be reached for a private tour. In hindsight, I'd just go with the shared tour as it worked out perfectly for us two. Saw way to much to recount here but we weren't disappointed on any of the many stops along the way, even saw a baby sea lion nursing close up on the Dunedin tour.
