Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we were unable to travel to New Zealand. Zealandier Tours were very helpful and communicative in dealing with the refund and fully honored their promise to refund if the ship did not dock as planned. We hope to be able to travel to New Zealand in the near future and will definitely be booking the tour with Zealandier again when we do.
