£170 John Smedley jumper frayed around the neck after wearing for less than 4 hours on one occasion. Asked for a refund and was told to send the item back for them to check and then they would deem whether or not a refund was applicable. Shocking company and rude, obnoxious customer service team. Jumper was faulty and I was made to feel like I was lying, any decent upstanding company would have just refunded the item, not Zee and Co. Avoid using this company.
