Aftercare service is shocking, like others said they dont want anything to do with you if order/product is wrong or faulty.
Received a faulty product and they are not interested and now ignoring my emails etc. £200 wasted.”

“When ordering from here be aware that you may be out of pocket! DPD marked my order as delivered! With no picture and no signature, GPS only. But I live in a block of 22 floors so it could have been anywhere. Zee & Co don’t care!! Keep making up excuses, ‘due to COVID’ I would have not personally signed for it- even though I have with all my other recent deliveries with DPD & they also take a picture of the delivery with my door open! Then they told me that it is not unusual for DPD to leave the delivery at a mail location in my block - there is no mail location!! I have the DPD app and have stated not to leave in a safe place. I have a contract with Zee & Co I made the order to be delivered to me!!!”
“I have made a purchase of £862.99 bought a few clothes and shoes for holiday, i purchased the item threw verified by visa i have approved the transaction threw my mobile app , everything was fine till next day, next day they have emailed me they will cancel my order because my shipping and billing adress are different and that it will have to go to my billing adress, and i said i don’t live there anymore i just moved, i moved with work few days ago and never changed my bank adress but if it’s verified whats wrong, and they said they going to cancel my order, so they did cancel my order and they said to get my money back is 3 to 5 days, this is unacceptable i don’t have another money to buy clothes this is nonsense!!!! I do not recomend you very dissapointed! Unproffesional i will also post of social media! AVOID ZEEANDCO!!!!! Waste of time!! LADY NAME ON THE PHONE WAS TEFF”

“Unfortunately for me, I only saw all the other negative reviews on here AFTER I had been SCAMMED by this company.
Apparently, the order was left on my doorstep by the DPD driver and was not there when I returned home. No instruction to do this by me. I was asked to jump through hoops to rectify this but I insisted that this was not my fault. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, (all correspondence was generic or copy and pasted)
Once I finally decided to obtain a CRN they refused my refund saying that I ran out of time (was given no timeframe). As a result my son did not receive the gifts he wanted for Christmas as I couldn't afford to buy them twice. I now suspect that they could potentially have a scam in place with the couriers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.”
“Zoe in the customer service team need further training and learn how to speak to customers she's good for nothing and I belive she is a thief I order a parcel which was stolen from my property in August I spent just under 500 pound on these items and did not receive them and dpd confirmed they released the money back to zee and co on the 19th of October...I wounder why I have not received my refund...bunch of thief's and don't understand how so called big company's get away with taking customers money.. will never use zee and co again online and does any one have a contact for Mr Stephen Paul Reynolds?”

“So many issues and I haven’t even received my item yet.
1. No option to get expedited delivery but you still pay £5+ for their standard delivery with DPD
2. Dpd expected them to hand over the package but they didn’t until I emailed to complain
3. 2 emails to them to ask where my item was and ETA and no answer. Even after one email was to ask why it wasn’t delivered when expected
4. When I called Customer Service, the woman I spoke to was so rude, snappy and confessing. Rather than apologise, she actually argued with me about replying to emails and said SHE had replied to each email she received (what has that got to do with me not getting replies to my queries?), argued with me that they respond in 12 hours, yet my first email had been sent 3 working days before, didn’t even ask for my order number or name but told me my order would arrive tomorrow - how did she know that without the relevant information??
All in all - terrible experience with their service. Let’s hope the item I ordered is what it should be!”
“After paying almost £200 for a jacket, the item was damaged. I emailed customer service, half an hour after opening the package and was told to send back for a refund. They are now telling me that I wore the jacket and damaged it myself and wanted to send the jacket back to me. This is the worse customer service, I have ever had and I believe that they knew the jacket was damaged. I shop with several other high end retailers and have never experienced this problem, so be warned!”
“£170 John Smedley jumper frayed around the neck after wearing for less than 4 hours on one occasion. Asked for a refund and was told to send the item back for them to check and then they would deem whether or not a refund was applicable. Shocking company and rude, obnoxious customer service team. Jumper was faulty and I was made to feel like I was lying, any decent upstanding company would have just refunded the item, not Zee and Co. Avoid using this company.”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! - Worst customer service ever! I was sent the incorrect item, when I returned this I was refused a replacement/refund and accused of returning an alternative item! I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered, multiple allegations were made against me, then denied. They refused to answer direct questions that I asked, and even refused to provide details of how I could escalate my complaint. Eventually after many months and going through paypal’s dispute process I received a refund, however I have not received the item I initially ordered, nor an apology. do not use this company, their customer service is atrocious.”

Placed an order back in March which was subsequently returned. It had been about a couple weeks and i still had not received my refund after which i contacted these incompetent reps. They got back to me and asked for proof of receipt which i provided.
IT TOOK TWO GOOD AND WHOLE MONTHS BEFORE ANY ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY BEFORE I RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR MY ORDER. And that was actually ONLY AFTER i reviewed them did i receive an email regarding my refund.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR FOR THEIR POOR, NON EXISTENT, INCOMPETENT AND TRAGIC EXCUSE OF A SERVICE.
