Unfortunately for me, I only saw all the other negative reviews on here AFTER I had been SCAMMED by this company. Apparently, the order was left on my doorstep by the DPD driver and was not there when I returned home. No instruction to do this by me. I was asked to jump through hoops to rectify this but I insisted that this was not my fault. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced, (all correspondence was generic or copy and pasted) Once I finally decided to obtain a CRN they refused my refund saying that I ran out of time (was given no timeframe). As a result my son did not receive the gifts he wanted for Christmas as I couldn't afford to buy them twice. I now suspect that they could potentially have a scam in place with the couriers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.
