I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered, multiple allegations were made against me, then denied. They refused to answer direct questions that I asked, and even refused to provide details of how I could escalate my complaint. Eventually after many months and going through paypal’s dispute process I received a refund, however I have not received the item I initially ordered, nor an apology. do not use this company, their customer service is atrocious.”

Placed an order back in March which was subsequently returned. It had been about a couple weeks and i still had not received my refund after which i contacted these incompetent reps. They got back to me and asked for proof of receipt which i provided.
IT TOOK TWO GOOD AND WHOLE MONTHS BEFORE ANY ACTION WAS TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY BEFORE I RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR MY ORDER. And that was actually ONLY AFTER i reviewed them did i receive an email regarding my refund.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR FOR THEIR POOR, NON EXISTENT, INCOMPETENT AND TRAGIC EXCUSE OF A SERVICE.

“Use another site, spent alot of money with these guys this month, ordered a £275 Stone island hoodie that was too small along with other things. First of all their 'tracking label; didnt track anything and it took over a week to get back to them with no updates. I then get a message today saying its being dispatched back to me as it has a stain on, i sent this back to the post office within a few hours of receiving it. I tried it on it didnt fit so it went straight back into the bag and box and straight to the post office. They do not want to give people their money back they just want to sell you defective items because if it does have a stain on it then it is not down to me. i will update this once i have received a reply from them but SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
*** UPDATE - I have received an email back stating that its my problem not theirs and they will not accept the item back, how i can be blamed for this is beyond me how do i know they haven't got this stain on when unpacking my item, or the package has been soiled by the royal mail, requested a call from a manager which i don't think will happen ***
emailed me back to say they have no managers available. ill leave it with the consumer ombudsman. If you value your money though shop elsewhere”
