Use another site, spent alot of money with these guys this month, ordered a £275 Stone island hoodie that was too small along with other things. First of all their 'tracking label; didnt track anything and it took over a week to get back to them with no updates. I then get a message today saying its being dispatched back to me as it has a stain on, i sent this back to the post office within a few hours of receiving it. I tried it on it didnt fit so it went straight back into the bag and box and straight to the post office. They do not want to give people their money back they just want to sell you defective items because if it does have a stain on it then it is not down to me. i will update this once i have received a reply from them but SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND SHOP ELSEWHERE *** UPDATE - I have received an email back stating that its my problem not theirs and they will not accept the item back, how i can be blamed for this is beyond me how do i know they haven't got this stain on when unpacking my item, or the package has been soiled by the royal mail, requested a call from a manager which i don't think will happen *** emailed me back to say they have no managers available. ill leave it with the consumer ombudsman. If you value your money though shop elsewhere
