After paying almost £200 for a jacket, the item was damaged. I emailed customer service, half an hour after opening the package and was told to send back for a refund. They are now telling me that I wore the jacket and damaged it myself and wanted to send the jacket back to me. This is the worse customer service, I have ever had and I believe that they knew the jacket was damaged. I shop with several other high end retailers and have never experienced this problem, so be warned!
