Awful company operating only with bots. there is no way to get to them via email and the phone waiting times are >1hour minimum. Their live chat operates with bots who automatically close chats with a message "we're respectful of your time and you've waited too long so we will close the chat" . Honestly if you don't want your blood boiling, time and money wasted AVOID them!!
