People are too used to Amazon and instant gratification, and things arriving instantly. They are located in Ukraine and with the Rona, mail moves slowly. Once the package arrived, it was packaged extremely well and there was no damage. Don't be upset with them and don't ask for any refunds. Just wait and you will love it once it arrives.
