“Our piece arrived yesterday. It was packaged very well!! Yes it did take about a month to get, but I read in other reviews so we expected a long wait, we were patient. It definitely was worth the wait!! We will order other pieces again from Zellart!”

“Please understand prints come out of Bulgaria or another country. I purchased a $300 print 3/8/24 and never received it. It is lost in the USPS System and the company will not help me locate the back. The customer service person is rude and demanding. Clearly, I will never use this service again but wanted others to know. If there are any issues, the company won’t help you.”

“Company promised a refund several times on a cancelled order and then stopped communicating. Now I have to dispute the chare with my credit card company. Horrible. Stay away.”

“I cancelled my order right after placing. I was assured a chargeback would be forthcoming. It has been weeks, and I keep getting the runaround. Now I have to dispute the charge with American Express. I would never do business with this company again.”

“First, the delivery from the time I placed the order was Outstanding! Especially considering it came from Bulgaria to Dallas, Tx. The tracking system allowed me to know every step of the way…. It literally took around 2 weeks and I did not have expedited shipping. Second the packaging was crazy… the canvas was well protected throughout the journey… it was a chore unpacking it…. but the canvas was well protected and it looked just like the image I ordered… I am extremely satisfied with the price, shipping, product and overall this company as this was my first time ordering from them. I had researched the company and overall I was impressed with what prior customers had written. I’m so very happy and would definitely order from Zellart again”

“We were very pleased with the art we had ordered. But as far as customer service and shipping was questionable. We NEVER received a confirmation letter. When I viewed the only tracking I could find, showed my preset had been delivered across the US to a totally different address. When I tried contacting Customer Service 2X never received an email back. Art finally arrived and pleased with the quality just needed my hand held along the way. Thank you, Ally”
