“We were very pleased with the art we had ordered. But as far as customer service and shipping was questionable. We NEVER received a confirmation letter. When I viewed the only tracking I could find, showed my preset had been delivered across the US to a totally different address. When I tried contacting Customer Service 2X never received an email back. Art finally arrived and pleased with the quality just needed my hand held along the way. Thank you, Ally”

“My art was delivered and packaged very well. Great prices too. I didn’t expect that the hardware was included. I ordered black and white art and the color is more of a greenish gray which I didn’t expect so that was a bit sad.”

“The picture was as displayed on the site. Was very well packed but I think maybe too tightly wrapped since the frame has created creases in the canvas (gallery wrap) which are pretty visible, particularly where the colors are lighter. I did not expect perfection for the price… which was very good.”

“I ordered this picture of Portland, Oregon for my mom. It never occurred to me that it would be coming from Eastern Europe. I did worry about delivery, because it sat in Kyiv for quite a while. But we did receive it - and it was safely packaged and arrived in good shape. It is beautiful, snd my mom loves it - and it was quite a deal. Thank you!”

“The process was simple, shipping went quicker than anticipated, however I paid for expedited shipping but still came faster. The canvas print itself was a bit underwhelming compared to the photo. It just isn’t nearly as crisp as in the photos but then neither is the cheeseburger on the drive through menu. Overall would still recommend.”

“I love my whale art. It’s beautiful over my sofa. It arrived much earlier than anticipated considering it was shipping from Ukraine to the U.s. My only wish was that the photo had a higher exposure. I live in a dark apartment and it’s difficult to see the picture due to its lighting. It just doesn’t pop like I hoped it would.”

“Only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is due to the lack of having a way to contact someone by phone. Let’s face it, it’s hard not to feel a bit uneasy when you drop hundreds of dollars (I purchased 3 pieces) without being able to speak live with someone who can assist with questions. That being said, the instant messaging and email work well. I had all my questions and concerns addressed almost immediately. Ruslana, the representative I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was immediately put to ease after our communication. Our items arrived in perfect condition and per the quoted delivery time. In summary, if you don’t mind waiting about 4 weeks, this place is really worth checking out. They even provide you with a postal tracking number. The pieces are unique and well constructed. My house now feels like a home! The prices are unbeatable and customer service is excellent! You can order from this company with confidence!”

“The artwork arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. The quality of the canvas and finish is excellent. I definitely feel that I got my monies worth. Would have given five stars if it wasn't for the delivery issues coming from the Ukraine. Totally USPS's fault but just know that the delivery will be slow. I wasn't aware of that going into the purchase.”

“When ordering please be aware that Zellart is in the Ukraine and that your order won't be there by tomorrow. We contacted them and they advised us on the expected delivery date and sure enough it arrived then. Our triptych is beautiful and we are very happy with it.”

“Artwork is excellent. the packaging was best ever seen. layers of plastic and bubble-wrap and then all inside a box. It did take a little over a month to receive, but in that time Lana from their customer service desk was very responsive to my emails. The holdup may in part be covid-related, or customs? Again, it was Lana in customer service who kept me feeling ok about the order coming.”

“My order for classic Black Girl with a Golden lips canvas hit a snag and took longer than it should. However, Zellart sent a replacement which arrived including the original order that was stuck in transit. Must admit i was more than pleased with my purchase due to its quality and authenticity.”
