Only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is due to the lack of having a way to contact someone by phone. Let’s face it, it’s hard not to feel a bit uneasy when you drop hundreds of dollars (I purchased 3 pieces) without being able to speak live with someone who can assist with questions. That being said, the instant messaging and email work well. I had all my questions and concerns addressed almost immediately.
