Although the canvas is beautiful it is ruined but multiple kinks going up and down from top to bottom. Very visible and very disappointed

Hello, I ordered my print on March 30th, and received confirmation that it was processed through a facility in KIEV PI-3 on April 6th and is now "in transit". However, I have received no updates since then. I understand that it may take longer to deliver, due to the pandemic, but at this point, it has been over 6 weeks since it left the Ukraine. My order is #8124. Help, please! Дякую тобі

From Kiev to the US took over three weeks just to leave Kiev, I assume because of customs. But my package was poorly done and my print came damaged but there is no way to contact these folks for replacement or refund. It’s kind of a scam company.

The lack of responses in 6 months by the company is speaking for itself. Will file as fraud with my CC company and hopefully they'll be taken offline soon.

Agreed. I can’t even find how to reach them. My purchase came poorly wrapped and damaged. There’s no way to communicate with these guys. Everything comes out of Russia so my guess is once they have your money they don’t care. I’m glad I now know as I would have purchased more.

I´m really disappointed about your service. I did an order (#6075) on Aug 24th and I didn´t get any tracking number. Neither did I get any response of multiples email´s I left on your webside. Wish I had never ordered with Zellart. Could you please let me know what´s going on!

My previous question had the order number incorrect......should be #5262 Why does no one respond at Zellart? I have sent numerous inquires about my order #5262. Shipping is supposed to be 5-21 days. At this point, it's highly unlikely I get it by day 21. In that case, I will be contacting our CC company and forcing a refund.

Did you ever get this resolved or your refund? My package came damaged and Zelart is nowhere to be found. The packages ship from Russia so maybe they feel they have your money and don’t care.

That is again not right. That package was indeed for Netherlands, but not on my name. PostNL told me that the man already picked up the package and it was not on my name nor my address.

Hello Kevin, Your order is currently in international transit. While in transit tracking is not updated. When it clears your local customs, tracking will be updated and within few days it should be delivered. Unfortunately because of Christmas Season, all transit facilities are overloaded, and thus delays occur while processing parcels. We cannot do anything to avoid this, this happens globally, with all international shipments, ordered before or during Christmas time. However I see that many of our other shipments have started showing movement, and being delivered. I your order should be close to processing by customs. I apologize for this delays, but we really cannot predict any ETA or delays on international shipments during holidays. Wishing you Happy Holidays, Tony
