“121 days and counting.... Still nothing..... No art we paid for and no refund that has been requested. No communication..... Unacceptable customer service in today's connected world. If you can take our money over the internet, you should be able to communicate with your customers as well.”

“Like many others I would state this is a well done scam. I'm confident none of the folks claiming they received an art from Zellart actually did. Please share your tracking # showing a delivered package shipped from Ukraine! I will report this internet fraud in few places, I was able to find a report on BBB.gov filed in 2018 when Zellart seemed to list a contact phone # from Iowa state, which was of a different company. Don't buy!”

“The company does not tell you when you order that you will to wait months for your product. While it might nor be an out-and-out scam, it's a deceptive business practice.”

“We Americans are so impatient. How can you say it's a scam if you used alil brain power to just take the tracking... Go to USPS website and see that the item is in transit like you can with everything else. Unless USPS is in on the scam just sit back and stop looking out the window every hour for your package.”

“I finally received my order after ~1 month. The company didn’t respond to any of my e-mail queries about why the order was held in Kiev. It was frustrating, and I thought I lost my money. Then it arrived today. The item was very well packed and is absolutely a stunning piece. I gave Zellart a not-so-good review that I must retract for the reasons mentioned earlier. Currently my only issue is with customer service; It doesn’t exist! No communications outside of thanking you for your order. Let patrons know upfront how long it will tak and I imagine the company will hardly receive negative reviews. I love the canvas, but am hesitant to order again. And yes, I now understand why it might take so long to receive the order.”

“I ordered 3 prints on 12/16/2019. I received it yesterday, 1/9/2020. It took 3 weeks and 3 days to arrive. The quality of the prints is exceptional and the care they took in packing them was pretty amazing. In this day and age, we expect roughly the quality we get from Amazon packaging.....Zellart knocked it out of the park. The box they came in was wet on one corner and no damaged occurred to the prints because of the meticulous packaging. It does take awhile to get them. They spend about 2 1/2 weeks trying to clear customs. Once the tracking said they were in NY, it took another two days to get to Washington state. I am very pleased and will definitely order from Zellart again. It is NOT a scam and the negative reviews needlessly caused me stress about my order. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“Zellart has a great website luring customers who appreciate quality works of art. Their response to payment is prompt generating an email with tracking info. Then...total let down. Product appears in Kiev Ukraine where it stays. Zellart’s customer service is nonexistent as they never response to email and have no telephone number. They are very clever in that they get paid ripping you off because you never receive your order. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves but greed has a huge ego and doesn’t care. I would strongly suggest never ordering from this company, ever!”

“Love it but....what you should also know. I ordered my art piece early September 2020. I received December 1. Yes that is a long time, however, Zellart shipped September 19. I used regular shipping. I realized shipment could be late due to covid but was still skeptical since it kept taking so long. Afterall, I received other items from out of the country much sooner. Since I was leary, I reached out to search online reviews and other experiences too see if I was scammed. I read both positive and negative reviews. I was left to myself to figure out if I should just kiss my money goodbye. But then I thought, every time I reached out to Zellart for answers, I kept getting detailed responses that weren't like that that you would expect from a scammer. Basically I had to read between the lines. I trusted I would eventually receive. Now after reaching Chicago mid November, it took the US mail two weeks to get to my door in Idaho. Why, I have no idea. Also, I have no idea how the shipment was soaked in water to the point the cardboard box nearly deteriorated. Luckily, Zell Art had all the pieces wrapped and protected and my piece was safe from damage. I have now hung my artwork and couldn't be happier. It is lovely.”

“I ordered my canvas on 3/29/20 and I'm unable to track when it is expected to arrive. I emailed the company 4 times in regards to when it is coming, no response. very displeased with their lack of communication. FIX THE TRACKING PAGE ON THE WEBSITE.!!! Ridiculous this isn't available.”

“I ordered 2 canvases in early November and like most people my order was hung up in the Ukraine. At first I was Really upset, then I thought I was out $800 bucks and there was nothing I could do. I literately came to peace with it. Then today I get a text that my order will be delivered today (Jan 4th) and sure enough they showed up. the packaging was amazing, shrunk wrapped, bubble wrapped, and boxed. im very happy with the quality of these pieces. Just forget about them and one day they’ll show up. Lol definitely not a scam! Thanks”

“The website says it usually ships in couple days. Been sitting in Ukraine for 12 days now not moving. Thinking about calling Better Business Bureau because I can't get a response from email and no phone number to call.”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. I paid almost $500 for artwork that I never received. Made multiple attempts in which to contact Zell art sending my order numbers and all other info they needed to be able to easily reply to me, yet I got no response. I will never purchase through them again.”

“Our piece arrived yesterday. It was packaged very well!! Yes it did take about a month to get, but I read in other reviews so we expected a long wait, we were patient. It definitely was worth the wait!! We will order other pieces again from Zellart!”

“Though the wait was a tad long it arrived in amazing shape. People, it's coming from the Ukraine. They're under a little pressure these days..... The picture is stunning. The quality is beyond our expectations. Thank whomever for your brilliant packaging as our pkg obviously experienced water damage somewhere in route yet the 3 panels were unscathed due to the miticulous wrapping. The wood frame is high quality. The canvas print is clear and well taught. We're putting our next order today.”

“My art arrived today and I have to share that although there was a wait because of the distance, this company put so much care in packing the art, meticulous. It arrived unscathed and perfect. It was wrapped with LOVE, I am sure. From the outer package to the inside padding, the wrap to prevent the panels from touching, it was done professionally and thoughtfully. The colors are Brilliant- it's absolutely beautiful, more beautiful than seeing it online. I highly recommend this company. Be patient, they are in Ukraine. I am a very picky person, quick to complain and I highly recommend this company. Picky in California”

“We were worried as we had ordered art from Zellart on Oct 9 and based on the company's claims, expected delivery sometime during my sister's visit from the UK ending Oct 29. At first we didn't know it was being shipped from the Ukraine and eventually saw some of the reviews online. We finally received our package on Nov 4th and it is as it appears on the website. From the shipping transaction it is recorded as having arrived in Toronto on Oct 31 but only spent 1 day in customs. Maybe some of those who have experienced frustration and delay on receiving their purchase it is your local customs office taking a long time to process and of course the vendor has no control over this. However we did send an email request for communication of status of our order around the end of October and although we received an auto generated email acknowledging receipt of our email however never received any further communication so Zellart really need to improve their customer service.”

“Happy with the product, would have just like to have know how long it would take. It took about 2.5-3 week from the date I ordered until I got it, which was fine.. I love the picture! This is not a scam and I’m a real customer- I got the pic of the red hair girl with her hair flowing back into birds for my salon.”

“This is a scam.!!! I don't believe any of the good reviews out there and please don't feel for them. They were probably written by owner. Also same issue as everyone else. Received tracking number only so they can charge me but they haven't actually shipped anything to me or given me any time frame.”
