Packaging was awesome - open carefully. I shouldn't have to say that - but then if it were obvious, there wouldn't be warnings on blow dryers to not use in the shower. The picture is exactly like it shows on the site. I paid for faster shipping and was glad I did. It's shipping from the Ukraine, so be prepared for a long wait if you don't pay extra. L0VE LOVE LOVE!!!
