We ordered a canvas for our offices; but,when it arrived, it was slightly damaged. I got in touch with Customer Service and they simply mailed me a new one and ask that I dispose of the damaged one as I saw fit. The new one arrived in perfect condition and I was able to donate the previous one to a local charity. They were thrilled to get it and hung it proudly in their building. It was a win-win. I will be ordering from them again.
