Received my beautiful print and it had been damaged somehow in shipping. Got in touch with Tony and later Andy in customer service concerning replacement. Both were exceptionally polite and helpful and the print was replaced without charge. The new one arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much. Love your prints and expect to do business with you again in the future.
