On 12/9/21 I called 1-888-749-4998 and left message for a return call to be received on 12/10/21. No call was received so I sent message via Contact Us form on the
website that I wanted to return products and requested a Return Memo Number be issued via an email and a return call. To date 12/16/21 no communication to me has been received. My Sales Order # is ZEN1758226 11/29/21. According to the ZENMED Guarantee, if I contact you on the Contact Us form you will issue complete return instructions. Help.
