The products themselves are AMAZING. The bottle for the support serum is TERRIBLE. I use the scissors every time to cut the bottle in half and get out the remainder of the cream because the straw that connects to the dispenser falls EVERY time and you CANNOT get it out once this happens! I’ve purchased this product since 2015. How can you NOT see this design failure?
