I disliked the products a lot, but so far customer service had been good to get a return going. The cleanser literally didn't remove ANY makeup. I washed my face, looked in the mirror and instantly could see a full face of mightily applied foundation and eye makeup. Nothing else I tried calmed redness, so I returned it all.
