Good product: I received the Sebum Control Gel recently. The product is good - my skin is going through a dry spell and almost invariably reacts to moisturizers, so far this product has not triggered any issues, so that's great. Good packaging and presentation: The squirt pump, bottle appearance, and packing are attractive and look orderly. One defect in the item I received: The squirt bottle I received is missing the tube for drawing up the gel- the squirt functionality is not working on this one. -----update after (very fast) response received regarding pump I made sure the bottle was attached very tightly to the pump head (it might have been a hair loose) and tried pumping several times really fast. This is working now.
