Despite placing order and all items showing as 'in stock' order was not dispatched after 3 weeks ! I chased it to find part of my order was out of stock - after I had chased it I was asked if I wanted to cancel the out of stock item so that my other product could be dispatched. Poor service I should have been contacted and offered this option prior to having to chase the product.
