I have been a faithful customer for many years, but late last year I experienced problems with containers not working properly. I figured I could muddle through it, but they got to be really annoying. I ordered another batch of products so I would not run out when I went to Florida for the winter, and they came in very good containers. When I tried to return the "defective" containers I was told by the representative that it was too old to return. Not that I think I am anyone special, and you probably have thousands of customers to take my place, I just expected some type of courtesy ... perhaps even an apology or something. Your rep did you a disservice even though he was probably technically right. I did not feel like a valued customer, so I started searching for alternative products in my local drug stores. I have not found a real good replacement for your serum (I have mild rosacea), but the Aveeno products (wash and lotion) seem to work reasonably well. I may still order your products, but I am not sure. If I do order them it won't be because of your customer representatives and service.
I am really disturbed and don't want to switch, but I cannot do business with a company that does not appreciate faithful customers.
Also I noticed that your products are made in the USA, yet if I charge them on some of my credit cards they charge me a foreign transaction fee. What gives? You ship from the states and they are made in America!
