I was diagnosed with very mild rosacea about a year and a half ago and immediately began the hunt for quality products without the use of artificial ingredients or chemicals. I came across Zenmed online and after reading reviews, I decided to try it. I began with the Gentle Cream Cleanser and Support Serum and was very happy with the results. Although my skin was not too bad to begin with, the occasional flushing and itchiness was driving me mad (and increasing in frequency with time); once I began using Zenmed, the flushing ALMOST completely stopped within about two weeks. My skin began to improve even more and looked better and better with time. I have gotten compliments from strangers about my skin. The texture is amazing - smooth and supple. Keep in mind I used it straight for about 3 weeks (twice daily) before I started noticing small changes in the quality of my skin (flushes stopped, texture took more time). I have never stopped using it (over a year now) and am very satisfied with the results after continued use. It's pricey, but well worth it. I've tried other Zenmed products (AVT Cream) and I love it. It's an amazing extra layer or moisture (applied after support serum) and keeps my skin soft and moisturized. Continued use has improved even small blemishes and evened out the surface of my skin. If you have very bad skin, it might take a bit longer but I would recommend Zenmed's products for all skin types. P.S. For those wondering, the quantity lasts quite a long time (I re-supply about once or twice a year, tops). And the smell is very pleasant, unlike many other products I've used in the past.
