As a new customer to Zenmed I must say how impressed I am with their customer service. My order got a little lost (not Zenmed's fault at all) and they were great with a quick response to provide all the tracking info I needed and also to reassure me that, if needed, they could claim for the lost parcel. It did turn up I'm glad to say. A very friendly and personal service and, so far, the products have been great for my skin.
