I have been using Zenmed for the last two weeks and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have quite severe rosacea which appears as raised red hot and itchy lumps on my cheeks. I ordered the anti-redness pack for dry skin including gentle cleanser, mask and serum. I also purchased the nutrient spray. After the first use I noticed a big change in the redness of my skin and I was extremely happy! This stayed the same for about 4 days and I really thought I had found a solution for my rosacea. Unfortunately by day 5 I had breakouts on both sides of my face that were pretty bad. There has been no improvement for the last 9 days although I have continued to use the products because I like them. The mask is great and I like how gentle the cleanser is. I'm sure these products have worked for other people, I'm just disappointed they didn't for me as I was very optimistic!! The products are slightly on the expensive side and as I am in the UK, I ended up having to pay almost 30% of the original cost as a customs fee to get these into the country which makes this very costly. Obviously that is nothing to do with Zenmed but I wasn't aware such a huge fee would apply after I had already paid for these, I thought it would be a couple of pounds at the most. Overall, nice products but they are just not helping me and my rosacea.
