I’ve been using the Serum for close to 15 years. It is a life saver if you have Rosacea. I am continually frustrated by the bottles and pumps as ultimately the bottom 1/4 is difficult to access and therefore wasted. I have sent emails but never have received a reply. a squeez tube, like toothpaste would be a better solution.
