I attempted to order two products that were no longer available. An account manager, Mike Landers, worked with me to find alternative products that met the same or higher quality standards as the original products. In the case of one product, we found a perfect match. In the case of the second item, I was unsure; as a result, Mike suggested that I try a limited number to ascertain whether or not it would meet my needs. As it turned out, the suggested item was a perfect match. In the words of the Terminator, "I'll be back." Thanks for a job well done!
